Long thin-walled parts are parts that are easy to deform and difficult to process. In order to ensure the size and shape accuracy of the parts during the processing, corresponding measures must be taken to ensure that the processing of the parts meets the technical requirements of the drawings.
For long and thin-walled parts, the rigidity is worse and the deformation is more likely to occur, while the hardness and strength of non-ferrous metals are lower than ferrous metals, surface marks and shape changes are easy to appear during the clamping process, the performance of adding T is poor, and the size is difficult to control.
The blank will be bent, twisted and deformed during the manufacturing process, and the degree of return will also produce large errors.
Before adding T, the blank was inspected with a 1015, 500-long measuring rod, and the blanks that did not pass the measuring rod could not meet the processing requirements.
