Differential Injection Molding of Melt for Miniature Precision Plastic Parts

Guided by the "calculus" thought of advanced polymer material manufacturing, a new type of melt differential injection molding technology was proposed, and a differential injection molding machine was successfully developed based on the principle of melt differential. The differential injection molding machine is composed of two parts: the injection host and the differential molding system. As the core component of the differential molding system, the melt differential pump is applied to the injection molding field for the first time to complete the delivery, pressurization and measurement of the plastic melt: the injection host is The differential molding system provides a good plastic melt and sufficient clamping force. Aiming at the particularity of melt differential injection molding process parameters, this paper uses orthogonal test method to study the influence of various process parameters on molding stability. After mastering the process characteristics and molding rules of the melt differential injection molding technology, the molding performance evaluation experiment of the differential injection molding machine was carried out. The experimental results show that the differential injection molding machine can smoothly mold micro-small precision with good repeatability and high apparent quality. Plastic parts.
