Research on Transesterification Reaction in PTT/PC Alloy Processing and Rapid Prototyping PTT/PC Crystallization Performance Control
Aiming at the decline of PTT/PO alloy crystallization performance, which is not conducive to the rapid production of products, this paper firstly studies the law of the transesterification reaction in the processing of PTT/PC alloy and the corresponding inhibition measures, and obtains the transesterification reaction and processing temperature and shear Strong relationship, and the law of inhibition of transesterification reaction. Secondly, using heterogeneous nanoparticles MMT and MWCNT to control the crystallization performance of PTT first, the surface properties, size and dispersion state of heterogeneous particles have been studied in detail on the P∏ crystallization performance (nucleation rate, growth rate, crystallization rate, Crystallinity). Then, the selected heterogeneous particles MMT and MWCNT were respectively applied to PTT/PC alloy, and the effect of particle dosage and distribution and dispersion state on the crystalline properties of the alloy was systematically studied. The results show that MMT significantly promotes the crystallization of the PTI phase, and 1wt% MMI makes the peak crystallization temperature of 7030PII/PC move to high temperature ~30℃, which is 180-186°C, which is higher than the crystallization temperature of pure PIT, ~10°C, crystallization enthalpy Increase by ~7Jg; t%MMT makes 3070 PTT/PC with no knot peak appear a strong crystallization peak at ~190°C. The mixing process affects the distribution and dispersion of MMT, and thus significantly affects the crystallization of PTT. The influence of the amount of MMT and its distribution and dispersion state on the crystallization rate and crystallization kinetics of PTT/PC has also been studied.
