In the clamping process, if the clamping force is too large, it will easily cause the aluminum part to compress and deform. If the clamping force is too small, it is not easy to locate.
This article will take a certain part as an example. As shown in Figure 1, it is the rough part and the final formed part of the part. The aluminum profile grade is 2017A. Reduce the possibility of deformation of thin-walled aluminum parts in the CNC machining process by adjusting the clamping method and modifying the process sequence.
