Continuous casting process

During the continuous casting process, the continuous casting billet is cast from Sichuan ∞500, and the whole tundish is used to ensure the life of the refractory material. The middle package is thoroughly cleaned before use. Before pouring, the tundish is filled with chlorine. Carefully check the baking effect of the tundish and the position of the stopper and the bowl area to ensure that the position is accurate. The baking temperature of the tundish is 1100℃. The protective slag must be baked before Sichuan. The continuous casting process ensures low superheat casting and controls the superheat to 40℃. The middle package adopts an integral nozzle tundish. The continuous casting process adopts electromagnetic stirring of the mold, and the end electromagnetic stirring adopts the positive and negative alternating stirring and passing the upper. ·The series of operations effectively avoid the secondary oxidation of molten steel, improve the segregation index of the casting ring, eliminate shrinkage, reduce the porosity level, and obtain high-quality continuous casting round billets.
