After CNC machining, the aluminum alloy hand board needs a series of surface treatments to obtain a bright and beautiful hand board model. So what are the surface treatment effects of aluminum alloy hand board? Today, Noble Smart is here to tell you a few post-processing of CNC aluminum alloy processing
1. Sandblasting is also called shot peening
The process of cleaning and roughening the metal surface by the impact of high-speed sand flow. This method of surface treatment of aluminum parts can make the surface of the workpiece obtain a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, and improve the mechanical properties of the surface of the workpiece, thus improving the fatigue resistance of the workpiece and increasing the gap between it and the coating. The adhesion of the coating prolongs the durability of the coating film, and is also conducive to the leveling and decoration of the coating.
2. Polishing
Using mechanical, chemical or electrochemical methods to reduce the surface roughness of automotive aluminum parts to obtain a bright, smooth surface processing method. The polishing process is mainly divided into: mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, electrolytic polishing. Automobile aluminum parts can be mechanically polished + electrolytically polished to be close to the stainless steel mirror effect, giving people a high-end simple, stylish and stylish future (of course, it is easy to leave fingerprints and care).
3. Brushed
Metal wire drawing is a manufacturing process of repeatedly scraping aluminum plates out of lines with sandpaper. Wire drawing can be divided into straight wire drawing, random wire drawing, rotary wire drawing, and thread drawing. The metal wire drawing process can clearly show every fine wire trace, so that the fine matte hair shines in the metal matte, and the product has a sense of fashion and technology.
4. Highlight cutting
Using the carving machine, the diamond knife is reinforced on the spindle of the carving machine rotating at a high speed (generally the speed is 20,000 rpm) to cut the parts, and a local highlight area is generated on the product surface. The brightness of the cutting highlight is affected by the speed of the milling bit. The faster the bit speed, the brighter the cutting highlight, and the darker it is, and it is easy to produce knife lines.
5. Anodizing
Anodizing refers to the electrochemical oxidation of metals or alloys. Under the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions, aluminum and its alloys form a layer of oxide film on aluminum products (anodes) due to the applied current. Anodizing can not only solve the defects of aluminum surface hardness and wear resistance, but also extend the service life of aluminum and enhance its aesthetics. It has become an indispensable part of aluminum surface treatment and is currently the most widely used and very successful.
