1. Alkaline washing
Generally speaking, there is a certain amount of oil on the surface of aluminum plates processed and supplied by aluminum products. Oil and oxide film are harmful to sand. Caustic soda solution is usually used to remove oxide film and oil. Usually equipped with a hydraulic oil removal device: desulfurization agent (such as NaOH high-quality sodium) and surfactant (such as sodium gluconate), oleic acid polyoxyethylene ether dissolution and complexation.
In addition to the operating temperature of the hydraulic oil, it is generally controlled at 55∽60°C. The effect of degreasing is related to the temperature of the organic solvent. If the operating temperature is too high, the aluminum base will be eroded, so be sure to control the operating temperature.
2. Acid treatment
In the manufacturing process of aluminum plates, the entire sodium cyanide acid treatment process is carried out after alkaline washing. Its purpose is to remove residual chemicals after alkaline washing and neutralize residual caustic soda solution. The concentration of sodium cyanide organic solvent is 5%∽10%. When preparing, please carefully pour the sodium cyanide into the water and mix well. During the whole process of acid treatment, always pay attention to the analysis of the concentration value of organic solvents, and fill in in time.
3. Roughening
It is to form a sand structure with specified surface roughness as soon as possible. Roughening will not only affect the infectivity of the surface of the aluminum substrate to water, but also affect the amount of wet cooling on the surface of the substrate, thereby avoiding making the board dirty. In addition, the rough surface can also develop the adhesion between the trend board and the photosensitizer, which in turn makes the printing plate of the trend printing plate durable.
