Bearing Heater Installation and Commissioning

1. Short-circuit heating: The main unit is a special structure transformer, the movable iron is used to directly wear the sleeve bearingor or other heated workpiece. When working, the main unit is powered on and the workpiece (equivalent to a sub-side winding) is induced to generate a short-circuit current and is heated.

2. Place the iron on the end face of the main core.

3. Check that the plug is connected to the socket, groundshould be good, and then insert the plug into the power outlet with the control switch.

4. The function selection switch dials to the hand-controlled position, closes the power supply, when the red light is on.

5. Press the start button, the host is powered on, when the green light lights out, press the stop button, the red light lights out. At this point, the commissioning is over and can be put into use.
