Bearing heaters are mainly used for the bearing, gear, bushing, bushing, diameter ring, pulley, shrink ring, connectors and other types of metal parts for heating, bearing heater by heating it expansion, to achieve the needs of over-the-top assembly. Bearing heaters are designed to heat themselves by using metals to produce eddy currents in alteremic magnetic fields, usually in metal heat treatment and so on. The principle is that when thicker metals are in an alternational magnetic field, they generate an electric current due to electromagnetic induction. When a thicker metal generates an electric current, the current creates a spiral flow route inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, causing the metal to heat up quickly.
