Hole 47.04mm, s53mm, "55mm and

∞ 56mm is required to be concentric, holes s53mm and 7.04mm have size accuracy requirements, and the distance between the intersection of the step surface and the hole axis line to the A reference surface is 115.5±0.02mm. The angle between the axis of these holes and the reference plane A is 85°±2'. The distance between the axis of the hole 4704mm and the intersection of the inclined plane of the A reference plane is 88.3±0.02mm, the distance from the axis of the hole s48mm to the A reference plane is 95.1±0.02mm, and the intersection of the center of the hole 4mm and the inclined plane to the A reference plane The distance is 234.9±0.1. The angle between the inclined plane of the hole 664mm and the reference plane A is 15°±6′. In addition, these inclined surfaces and holes have higher geometric tolerances and surface roughness requirements.

According to the analysis of the above drawing design requirements, the A datum plane must be completed at the same time of clamping and positioning with these inclined holes during processing of the part.

Process analysis

During casting, the thickness of each part is uneven, and the heat dissipation conditions vary greatly, so internal stress will be generated inside the blank. In order to improve the strength of the casting and eliminate internal stress, the casting must be heat treated. In order to ensure the uniform wall thickness of the complex shell, the method of scribing can be used to allocate the machining allowance reasonably before processing. The scribing is the basis for providing benchmark correction for the next rough milling, and at the same time, it can detect and process unqualified blanks in time. Avoid causing waste 2.
