Maintenance program for precision parts machining center
The maintenance of precision parts processing machine tools can maintain the machine processing accuracy in the best condition, extend the service life of the machine, and help you improve the maintenance and maintenance capabilities of CNC machine tools. During the Spring Festival, the staff should rest and rest and let the machine partners maintain.
Note: After the machine is started, it is forbidden to maintain the machine tool. During maintenance, the circuit breaker should be opened.
Processing accuracy is maintained:
1. After starting, it must be preheated for about 10 minutes, and then processed. Machines that are not used for a long time should extend the warm-up time.
2. Check whether the oil passage is smooth.
3. Place the worktable and saddle in the center of the machine before moving it off (moving the three-axis stroke to the middle of the stroke of each axis).
4. Keep the machine tool dry and clean.
Precautions: After the machine is started, it is forbidden to maintain the machine tool. During maintenance, the circuit breaker should be opened.
Maintenance inspection
1. Daily maintenance
1. Check the level of lubricating oil to ensure the lubrication of the machine tool.
2. Check whether the coolant in the coolant tank is enough and not enough to add in time.
3. Check the oil level of the pneumatic triplet, which is about 2/3 of the height of the entire tubing. Every day, the water in the oil filter tank of the pneumatic triple unit is discharged by the drain switch.
4. Check the air pressure, loosen the adjustment knob, adjust the pressure according to the principle of right-hand pressure increase and left-hand pressure reduction, generally set to 5 ~ 7KG/CM ~ 2. The pressure switch is usually set to 5KG/CM~2. When the pressure is lower than 5KG/CM~2, the system will alarm, and the system will display a "LOWAIR PRESSURE" alarm. After the pressure increases, the alarm message will disappear.
5. Check whether the air blowing in the cone hole in the spindle is normal, wipe the cone hole in the spindle with a clean cotton cloth, and spray with light oil.
6. Clean the arms and tools of the tool magazine, especially the claws.
7. Clean the exposed limit switches and bumps.
8. Remove the cutting and oil stains on the worktable, the machine tool, and the three-axis telescopic shield.
9. Check all the signal lights of the precision parts processing center, whether the abnormal warning lights are normal.
10. Check the hydraulic unit tube for leaks.
11. Clean and sweep the machine after the daily work is completed.
12. Maintain a clean environment around the machine.
Second, weekly maintenance
1. Clean the air filter screen of the heat exchanger, cooling pump and lubricant pump filter screen.
2. Check whether the tool pull bolt is loose and the tool handle is clean.
3. Check whether the origin of the three-axis machine is offset.
4. Check whether the movement of the tool changer arm of the magazine or the rotation of the tool magazine is smooth.
5. If there is an oil-cooled machine, check the oil-cooled oil. If it is below the scale, please add oil-cooled oil in time.
6. Check the oil cooler set temperature, it is recommended to set between 26-28 degrees.
3. Monthly maintenance
1. To detect the lubrication of X, Y, Z three-axis track, the track surface must ensure good lubrication.
2. Check and clean the limit switch and bumper.
3. Check whether the oil in the oil cup of the knife cylinder is enough, and add it in time.
4. Check whether the sign and warning nameplate on the machine are clear and exist.
Four and six months of maintenance
1. Disassemble the three-axis anti-chip shield, clean the three-axis tubing joint, ball lead screw, three-axis limit switch, and check whether it is normal. Check whether the effect of the hard rail scraping blades of each axis is good.
2. Check whether the servo motor and head of each axis are running normally, and there is no abnormal sound.
3. Replace the hydraulic unit oil and the tool magazine deceleration mechanism oil.
4. Test the clearance of each axis, and adjust the compensation amount if necessary.
5. Clean the dust in the electric box (make sure the machine is turned off).
6. Check all contacts, connectors, sockets, and switches to see if they are normal.
7. Check and adjust the mechanical level.
V. Annual maintenance
1. Check whether all keys are sensitive and normal.
2. Clean the cutting water tank and replace the cutting fluid.
3. Check the vertical accuracy of each axis and decide whether it needs to be adjusted.
VI. Daily maintenance and repair
Note: The maintenance and repair of the precision parts processing center should be carried out by professional engineers.
1. The ground protection system should have good continuity to ensure personal safety.
2. Periodic inspection of gas components such as circuit breakers, contactors, single-phase or three-phase arc extinguishers. If the wiring is loose or the noise is too loud, find out the cause and eliminate hidden dangers.
3. Make sure that the cooling fan in the electric cabinet runs normally, otherwise it may cause damage to the vitality parts.
4. The fuse is blown and the air switch trips frequently, and the cause should be found and eliminated in time.
5. Servo drive battery replacement

Absolute system data is maintained by the servo drive battery. When the battery voltage is too low (warning 9F), the drive battery needs to be replaced. Please order the same type of battery unit as soon as possible and keep the drive power on. Please turn on the power of the drive unit 30 minutes before the battery replacement, and complete the battery replacement within 1 hour.
Seven, battery replacement steps
1. Confirm that the input power is turned off and the power of the replaced drive unit is turned off.
2. Pull out the battery plug connected to the battery socket of the drive unit.
3. Press the side of the battery with your fingertips, push the battery horizontally and then take it out.
4. The plug of the new battery is connected to the battery socket of the drive unit.
5. Install the battery to the drive unit.
