A. Propeller.

Generally speaking, most of the drones on the market have their propellers above, propellers like thrusters will push down the air to generate lift through the characteristics of the reaction force, although from the upper and lower angles may not seem very different, but it is still a positive and negative.

Most propellers on the market choose plastic products, or higher quality carbon fiber propellers. For safety reasons, of course, you can also add some drone blade protection measures (e.g. external protective covers, etc.), especially when flying indoors or within range of people in the surrounding area.

Tip: It's a good habit to check your parts before you fly, you can take some spare parts with you, if you notice damage to the parts on the drone, you can change the parts at any time, never use broken or curved parts to fly (so as not to cause instability in flight, serious may cause the bomber).

B. Brushless motor.

At present, almost all new drones on the market have used external brushless motors, which are safer, more efficient and less noisy than brush motors. The design of the motor is equally important because more efficient motors save battery life and increase drone flight time, which is what every user can promise.

Drone motor innovation is a pretty exciting thing. Early on, DJI issued a new patented design, DJI Inspire 1. and developed a new curved magnet that fully fits the motor to make it run more efficiently, for which DJI also filed a patent.

Tip: The user should check the motor regularly to ensure that it is clean and complete. Most of the sound from the drone comes from the motor, and if you feel an abnormal sound from the motor when you use it, you should check if there is a problem with the motor. Therefore, it is best for the user to prepare a few more spare motors before flying.

C. Landing frame.

Drones need to be fitted with landing pods if they need to take off and landing on irregular ground or in complex environments. Of course, if the ground conditions are good and there are no other pods and mounting equipment, you can choose not to install the landing frame.

On the market, some fixed-wing drones, such as Sensefly eBee, Trimble UX5 and 3DR Aero-M, may be subject to penalties for not installing landing pods.

Today, most drones are equipped with fixed landing pods. However, more flexible landing gears, such as those that require a 360-degree aerial shot, can be folded flexibly to keep their scaffolding out of sight. For example: DJI-Spreading Wings S1000 Plus, Inspire 1.
