What causes errors in lathe machining

1. Lathe machining positioning error.
First, the reference point does not overlap deviation. The standard used to confirm the specification and specific location of a surface layer on a part drawing is called a design concept standard. The process flow chart is used to confirm the specifications and specific positions of this process flow after the surface layer is processed by the finishing process. When finishing the steel parts in the lathe processing, certain basic elements of geometric figures on the steel parts must be selected as the precise positioning benchmarks for finishing. Second is the inaccurate deviation of the lathe machining precision positioning pair production and manufacturing. Reasonable use of tool materials and new types of wear-resistant tool materials, scientific and reasonable use of NC tool geometric main parameters and cutting dosage, and proper selection of coolant, etc., can greatly reduce the damage of CNC tools and specifications. If necessary, compensation equipment can also be used to compensate for the wear of CNC tool specifications.
