Bearing damage.
4. The shelf is broken.
Phenomenon: Rivets are loose or broken, and the holder is cracked.
Reason: 1) the torque load is too large; 2) the high-speed rotation or speed changes frequently; 3) the bad lubrication; 4) the foreign body, 5) the vibration is large, 6) the installation is not good (installed in the tilt state); 7) the abnormal temperature rise (resin holder).
Measures: 1) check the conditions of use; 2) check the lubrication conditions; 3) re-examine the choice of the shelf; 4) pay attention to bearing use; 5) study shaft and bearing box rigidity.
5. Scratch card injury.
Phenomenon: Rough surface, accompanied by a small solution, the edge of the collar and roller end surface bruising is called a stuck wound.
Causes: 1) poor lubrication; 2) foreign invasion; 3) roller skew caused by bearing tilt; 4) large axial load caused by the bezel side oil, 5) large surface rough, 6) large rolling body.
Measures: 1) re-research lubricants, lubrication methods; 2) check the conditions of use; 3) set suitable prepressurization; 4) strengthen sealing performance; 5) normal use of bearings.
6. Rusty corrosion.
Phenomenon: The surface is locally or completely rusty, with a rolling tooth pitch-like rust.
Reasons: 1) poor storage status; 2) improper packaging; 3) insufficient rust inhibitors; 4) intrusion of moisture, acid solution, etc.; 5) direct hand bearings.
Measures: 1) to prevent rust in custody; 2) strengthen sealing performance; 3) regularly check the lubricant; 4) pay attention to bearing use.
