Bearing damage.
1. Peel.
Phenomenon: The running surface is peeled off, and the peeling is obviously concave.
Reasons: 1) improper use of overload, 2) poor installation, 3) poor shaft or bearing box accuracy, 4) too small clearance, 5) foreign invasion, 6) rust, 7) abnormally high temperature caused by the hardness of the decline.
Measures: 1) re-study the conditions of use; 2) re-select the bearing; 3) reconsider the clearance; 4) check the accuracy of the shaft and bearing box processing; 5) study the design around the bearing; 6) check the method of installation; 7) check the lubricant and lubrication method.
2. Burns.
Phenomenon: the bearing heat changes color, and then the burn can not rotate.
Cause: 1) the play is too small (including the deformation part of the play is too small); 2) the lubrication is insufficient or the lubricant is improper, 3) the load is too large (pre-pressure is too large); 4) the roller is skewed.
Measures: 1) set the appropriate clearance (increase the clearance); 2) check the type of lubricant to ensure the amount of injection; 3) check the conditions of use; 4) prevent positioning errors; 5) check the design around the bearing (including bearing heat); 6) improve the bearing assembly method.
3.crack defects.
Phenomenon: Partially notched and cracked.
Reason: 1) impact load is too large; 2) over-profit is too large; 3) there is a larger peel; 4) friction cracks; 5) poor mounting side accuracy (too large a corner circle); 6) poor use (with copper hammer, stuck into a large foreign body).
Measures: 1) check the conditions of use; 2) set the appropriate over-earning and inspection materials; 3) improve the installation and use methods; 4) prevent friction cracks (check lubricants); 5) check the design around the bearings.
