     (1) In order to ensure the machining accuracy of mechanical parts, it is better to stop the machining of rough and fine mechanical parts separately. Due to the large amount of cutting during the processing of rough mechanical parts, the cutting force and clamping force on the workpiece are large, the heat generation is large, and the machining surface of the mechanical parts has a significant work hardening phenomenon, and there is a large internal stress inside the workpiece. If the machining of rough and rough mechanical parts stops continuously, the precision of the parts after finishing will be quickly lost due to the re-spreading of stress. Some mechanical parts require high precision parts. After rough machining and before finishing, low temperature annealing or aging treatment procedures should also be arranged to eliminate internal stress.


    (2) Choose equipment reasonably. The processing of rough mechanical parts is mainly to cut off most of the machining allowance, and higher machining accuracy of mechanical parts is not required. Therefore, the rough machining should be performed on a machine with higher power and less precision. The upper stop, the finishing process requires a higher precision machine tool. Rough and fine machining are processed on different machine tools, which can give full play to equipment capabilities and extend the service life of fine machine tools.

 

    (3) In the process road of mechanical parts processing, heat treatment procedures are often arranged. The location of the heat treatment process is arranged as follows: In order to improve the cutting performance of the metal, such as annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering, etc., it is generally arranged in the machining line of mechanical parts. Mechanical processing is to eliminate internal stress, such as aging treatment, quenching and tempering treatment, etc. It is generally arranged after rough machining and finishing. In order to improve the mechanical properties of parts, such as carburizing, quenching, tempering, etc., the general arrangement is stopped after the mechanical parts are processed. If there is a large deformation after heat treatment, the final processing procedure must be arranged.
