With the rapid development of China's industrial technology and the continuous optimization and adjustment of the industry structure, the demand for metal products in the downstream industry is growing rapidly, and the metal parts industry has developed rapidly in scale or technology. Data show that China's imports of metal products fluctuated less in 2015-2019, with China's imports of metal products falling by 3.5% year-on-year to 1.32 million tons in 2019. In terms of exports, China's exports of metal products increased gradually from 2017 to 2019, reaching 34.49 million tons of metal products in 2019, up 3.9% yoY. Metal parts applications are very broad, the use of products to space shuttles, automotive machinery, small to electronic accessories, different applications of the functions of metal parts, characteristics, shape and other requirements are very different.

High-grade CNC machine tool localization rate of less than 10%, independent innovation is urgent.

Industry data show that, although China's CNC machine tool market is huge, but the current high-end CNC machine tool localization rate of less than 10%, in high-end machine tools, China is seriously dependent on imports from foreign countries, especially from Germany, Japan and other machine tool countries. These high-end machine tools imported from abroad are expensive. According to customs data, from January to October 2019, China's metal processing machine tools exported 7.44 million units, the export amount of 359.8205 million U.S. dollars, the average export price of 483.63 U.S. dollars / Taiwan;

This year, the total installed capacity of the scenery parity project increased by 114% YoY, which will boost investment of 220 billion yuan.

Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration Integrated Division announced the "announcement of the 2020 wind power, photovoltaic power equivalent Internet projectnotice" (hereinafter, "Notice"), 11.4 GW of wind power projects, 33.05 GW of photovoltaic projects included in this year's list of parity projects, involving 20 provinces (regions, cities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps 158 projects and 989 GW photovoltaic projects, the total installed capacity of 44.45 GW. This represents an increase of 114.11% compared with the total size of 20.76GW in the first batch of wind and photovoltaic affordable internet projects announced in May last year. According to the preliminary estimates of the State Energy Administration, the proposed 2020 wind power and photovoltaic power affordable Internet access projects will boost the total investment of about 220 billion yuan, will add a large number of jobs.
