In order to promote the project as soon as possible to start work, the delayed schedule affected by the epidemic to grab back, Nanyang set up a service enterprise project re-work special class, explore the implementation of the project construction chief service officer system, strict project supervision and assessment of rewards and punishments, organize major projects to focus on start-up activities, etc., speed up the progress of project construction. According to statistics, in the first half of the year, a total of 423 major projects were concentrated through "cloud starts" and county (urban) self-organization, with an annual planned investment of 47.2 billion yuan, involving industrial development, new urbanization, major infrastructure, people's livelihood and social undertakings.
