The CNC milling machine processing operator needs to return to the machine reference zero position (ie return to zero) every time the machine is turned on or the machine is reset by emergency stop, so that the machine tool has a reference position for its subsequent operations.
Clamping the workpiece: Before the workpiece is clamped, the surfaces must be cleaned to avoid oil, iron filings and dust, and use a file (or oil stone) to remove the burrs on the surface of the workpiece. The high-speed rail used for clamping must be smoothed by a grinder to make it smooth and flat. The code iron and nut must be sturdy and can clamp the workpiece reliably. For small workpieces that are difficult to clamp, they can be directly clamped on the vise. When clamping the workpiece, according to the clamping and placement method of the programming operation guide, consider avoiding the processed parts and the situation where the tool head may touch the fixture during processing.
1. In the usual CNC milling machine processing process, we must pay attention to the workbench is clean and clean, free of iron filings, dust, and oil. The shim is generally placed at the four corners of the workpiece, and for the workpiece with too large span, it is necessary to add a contour shim in the middle. According to the size of the drawing, use a drawing rule to check whether the length, width and height of the workpiece are qualified.
2. After the workpiece is placed on the horn, the reference surface of the workpiece should be drawn according to the requirements of the drawing. The length direction error of the workpiece is less than 0.02mm, and the horizontal error of the top surface X and Y directions is less than 0.05mm. For all six sides that have been ground A good work piece must be checked for its verticality.
3. The nut must be tightened after the workpiece is pulled out to prevent the workpiece from shifting during processing due to the unstable clamping. Pull the meter again to make sure that the error is not excessive after clamping.
4. The number of workpiece touches: For the clamped workpiece, the touch number can be used to set the reference zero for the touch number. The number of touch heads can be photoelectric and mechanical. The selected methods are divided into mid-touch and single-side touch. Count two. Touch counting method: photoelectric static, mechanical speed 450-600rpm.
5. Manually move the X-axis of the worktable to make the counting head touch the side of the workpiece. When the counting head just touches the workpiece and the red light is on, set the relative coordinate value of this point to zero; then manually Move the X-axis of the worktable to make the digital head touch the other side of the workpiece. When the digital head just touches the workpiece, write down the relative coordinates at this time. We also need to subtract the diameter of the bumper (that is, the length of the workpiece) according to its relative value to check whether the length of the workpiece meets the requirements of the drawing.
