When working with high-strength material workpieces, the cutting speed V should be reduced appropriately. The size of the feed amount has a great influence on the formation of chips, and a smaller feed quantity can be used under the premise of ensuring the chip break.

 

(4) In order to ensure the removal of chips, cooling effect, cutting fluid should maintain the appropriate pressure and flow. High pressure and small flow can be used when processing small diameter deep holes, and low pressure and high flow can be used when processing deep holes in large diameters.

 

(5) When starting drilling, the cutting fluid pump should be opened first, and then start the lathe, knife cutting.
