3. Chips are not easily discharged. Due to the deep hole, the route through which the chips pass is long, which is prone to blockages, causing the drill to collapse. Therefore, the length and shape of the chips are controlled and mandatory chip removal is carried out.

 

4. The rigidity of the process system is poor. Due to the size of the aperture, the long diameter of the hole is relatively large, the drill pipe is thin and long, the rigidity is poor, easy to produce vibration, drilling is easy to go, so the support guide is extremely important.

 

In order to guide the drill into the drill correctly, the method of machining the guide hole on the workpiece or using the guide sleeve is used, the former is used for single-piece machining and the latter is used for mass production. The deep hole drilling error is caused by the gap between the drill bit and the guide sleeve (guide hole), and increases with the increase of axial force.
