Production capacity is our strength. Due to the huge quantity we produce, each diameter and quantity of tungsten wire can be supplied at the same effective price as our largest batch buyer. Whether you have special small batch needs or a large amount of daily consumption, we can provide your requirements for tungsten products.

Tungsten products for sale: wire

We can provide tungsten products with any diameter (≥ 0.00030"/0.007 mm) and any surface finish, from drawing to various levels of electropolishing. Our excellent wire electropolishing can produce a uniform surface over a continuous length. Our method Utilize proprietary chemistry and unique and complex anode and cathode management to optimize the position and current of specific polished surfaces, from clean surfaces to mirror surfaces. Drawing surfaces are also available.

Because we mix our own powders, we can provide a range of doped and undoped ingredients. We have tungsten products with the highest dopant and recrystallization performance in the industry, and are divided into four grades of potassium dopants to meet your highest requirements for recrystallization temperature. Tungsten products for sale: gold-plated

We provide the only vertically integrated gold-plated tungsten wire in-house production. Our gold plating thickness starts from our recommended minimum of 0.3 microns to achieve maximum savings and still maintain uniform and defect-free gold plating along the entire wire surface. We are able to place 1.5 micron gold-plated surfaces on winding wires as small as 0.001 inches (0.025 mm) in diameter.

Tungsten products for sale: carbon belt

Our unique advantage is that our tungsten belts are designed for mass production and economic pricing. Tungsten ribbon can be made from all available tungsten wire metallurgical components and can be produced with a width to thickness ratio of less than 8:1. Our tungsten belt can accept the same surface treatment as our wire. In addition to the special electropolished surface, our tungsten belt can also be gold-plated by the same method as the gold-plated tungsten wire to produce the minimum recommended thickness and other plating thicknesses you need.
