Tungsten and molybdenum are the first metals we cut, grind, grind and polish. Since its establishment, Pride has been providing professional products of these materials.

Today, our tungsten products include wire on spool and straight length, any diameter (≥ 0.00030"/0.007 mm) and any surface finish, from drawing to various grades of electropolished wires, and gold-plated tungsten wires with various plating thicknesses . Our molybdenum products provide any round diameter (≥ 0.00030"/0.007 mm) and any surface finish, including stretching and a range of electrolytic polishing grades.

We produce tungsten and molybdenum belts with all compositions and surface finishes, including gold plating, with a width-to-thickness ratio of less than 1:10. Because we mix our own powders, we can provide a full range of doped tungsten and molybdenum products, from the highest dopant and recrystallization performance to the industry's only non-polluting, 99.999% pure undoped tungsten wire.

Pride is also an expert in special refractory metal electrode materials (including tungsten, molybdenum and their alloys), providing high-performance and durable electrodes for automated resistance spot welding and die sinker EDM manufacturing environments, which require high-speed, high-volume And long-life capabilities. Our unique non-defect bonding (NDB) process enables seamless contact between the electrode and the holder, thereby maximizing service life and extending performance.
