Titanium CNC machining capability

We use different CNC machining techniques to process titanium in our factory:

Precision machining - We have fully equipped facilities with the most advanced machinery for precision machining of titanium. Vertical and horizontal milling machines, tool grinders, turning centers with power cutting tools, cold saws, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and tool setters are some of the advanced tools we use. These equipment and tools help us to provide high quality precision machining including cavity, broaching, profiling, drilling, turning, thread milling, reaming and more. Different secondary services are also provided, such as heat treatment, centerless grinding, electroplating and anodizing.

CNC turning and milling - CNC turning and milling of titanium alloys is carried out in our factory with the help of different equipment with 3 and 4 axes. Some of the equipment we use are vertical milling machines, horizontal milling machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC turning centers, etc. This enables us to carry out slotting, parting, knurling, drilling and other operations.
