The grade of material we use:

Aluminum 6061: This brand is one of the most popular due to its excellent mechanical properties and solderability. Aluminum 6061 is the most commonly used extrusion grade because it has typical characteristics such as good toughness, medium to high strength, excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environments, easy anodizing and good machinability. Aluminum 6061 is widely used in 5-axis CNC machining.

Aluminium 7075: This is the next popular grade after 6061. Aluminum 7075 is known for its excellent fatigue strength. The grade is not easy to weld and is one of the extremely expensive variants available. Therefore, it is most commonly used for robust components such as airplane wings and fuselages, bicycle parts, and climbing equipment. This alloy has better corrosion resistance than aluminum 2000 alloy. In most cases, machine operation is carried out using oil lubricants.

Aluminum 2024: Due to its mechanical properties, such as high fatigue resistance, high strength and sensitivity to thermal shock, the alloy is widely used in aerospace and military applications. Aluminum 2024 is not easy to weld and has poor corrosion resistance.

5052 Aluminum: This non-heat treated alloy is commonly used to make machine parts and components for use in saltwater environments. Aluminum 5052 is well tolerated in Marine, saltwater and industrial environments. The alloy can be easily stamped, bent and cut into the desired shape.

Aluminium 6063: This alloy has excellent mechanical properties such as weldability, heat treatment and durability. Aluminium 6063 is used for aluminium extrusion applications. This alloy is commonly used to create complex shapes with smooth surfaces and is commonly used in door frames, window frames, sign frames, roofing and other applications.
