BVVR is the copper core PVC insulated PVC sheath soft wire, has an outer protective layer; BVR is a copper core PVC insulated soft wire, only insulation layer, no outer layer. Usually said that the double plastic line refers to the BVV series, the first V refers to PVC insulation, the second V refers to PVC sheath, if the BV series refers to the single plastic line.
