The First Batch of Domestic High Sulfur-bearing Prisped Equipment Produced

Recently, Dazhou Puguang gas field high sulfur gas field ground collection and transmission project with separator skid loading equipment (hereinafter referred to as "high sulfur-bearing pry loading equipment") in the national machine reloading smooth loading and shipping, marking the first batch of domestic high sulfur-bearing prior installation equipment in the country machine reloading to achieve domestic ational and bulk production, to solve China's "three high wells" gas field mining high sulfur-bearing equipment rely on import problems.

High sulfur-bearing equipment has always been the industry's high-end equipment, the traditional domestic equipment cost is low, but the service life is short, coating 3 years later will be a large area of stripping, overhaul and maintenance workload. Imported equipment is expensive and has long lead times, making service and quality difficult to control.

The high sulfur-bearing priper installation equipment of the national machine reload editing belongs to the first independent research and development in China, mainly used for the separation of primary gas liquid of high-sulfur gas field natural gas, equipment through pipeline to complete the measurement of sewage and natural gas and external transmission.

The successful development of high sulfur-bearing priper installation equipment can replace imported equipment, with high-strength corrosion resistance, equipment service life of up to 30 years, can save gas field mining costs, shorten the mining cycle, reduce the risk and difficulty of high sulfur gas field mining.
