The principle of numerical control control The numerical control CNC system is to use the computer to control the function of machine tool processing, and finally realize the digital control system, the basic composition of the numerical control CNC control system.
The principle of CNC control is realized through the following parts:
(1) Numerical control device The microcomputer and the computer interface in the figure constitute the numerical control device, which is the core of the control system of the CNC machining center. It is translated into machine language according to the input program and data through the computer's calculation code.
(2) Servo system, position detection, auxiliary control devices, these are the links between the CNC device and the machine tool. The servo system is the power part that controls the CNC plus T center. The position detection device is the feed speed, direction displacement and Monitoring of individual execution components.
(3) The machine tool, the main body of the machine tool is the mechanical part of the CNC machining center, including the headstock, feed moving parts, worktable, etc.
2 Electrical control system The electrical control system of the CNC machining center can be divided into three parts, which are electrical schematic diagram, electrical component layout diagram (Figure 2), and electrical installation wiring diagram (Figure 3).
(1) Electrical schematic diagram. The electrical schematic diagram is the relationship between the electrical components and wiring of the CNC machining center. It is the control core of the entire machine tool, including the main circuit, auxiliary circuit, lighting circuit, etc., reflecting all motors and electrical components , Other control circuit diagrams with dotted parts
(2) The electrical component layout diagram mainly reflects the actual installation position of the electrical control components in the electrical schematic diagram in the electrical control frame.
