The difference between aluminum cnc processing and ordinary cnc processing

First of all, CNC machining center (CNC machine tool) is different

In order to adapt to the characteristics of slender parts of aluminum profiles, the working table surface of aluminum profile machining center is mostly narrow and long. The width does not exceed 500mm; the length is 6500mm to 7000mm, to adapt to the typical 6m profile processing. The maximum speed of the main shaft of the machining center is generally below 8000rpm; while the maximum speed of the shaft can reach or exceed 18000rpm.

Different processing methods

Aluminum profiles generally require several processing methods such as slot milling, drilling, and tapping, while milling plane / curved surface, countersinking, and boring are rarely used.
