Machine tool castings can be used for parts processing such as instruments, electronics, light industry, standard parts, bearing industry, and auto parts industry. Wear resistance and dimensional stability directly affect the accuracy of the machine tool and maintain the service life of the machine tool.

1. The machine tool castings are polished by the water milling process. In order to prevent the surface of the machine tool castings from rusting, rust-proof water must be used for grinding.

2. After the bed casting is mechanically processed, the metal cleaner or clean industrial gasoline must be washed or brushed before painting to ensure that the surface oil and other dirt are completely removed.

3. The primer should be evenly brushed, sprayed, and dipped. The primer must be fully stirred before use, and diluted to an appropriate viscosity before smearing.

4. If tetrachloroethylene is used to fill the depressions of the machine tool castings, each scratch should not be too thick. The thickness of the scratch is generally about 0.5 mm. Each scratch must wait until the material is dry before scratching.

5. After casting a packed bed with tetrachloroethylene, the casting must wait for drying before polishing. After each grinding, the mud and dust on the surface must be completely removed.

6. Before painting the machine bed, check the casting of the machine bed, repair the uneven surface with tools, and remove the surface dirt.

7. After the latter putty is polished and cleaned, vinyl chloride road primer must be sprayed to improve the smoothness of the paint film and improve the gloss of the paint film.
