The following wired EDM service capabilities enable us to serve our customers effectively.

1. We can provide you with high quality and precision products manufactured using 4 axis EDM cutting.

2. The cutting tolerance of wire cutting discharge machining can reach +/-.0001.

3. We can provide wires with diameters of 0.006 ʺ, 0.008 ʺ, 0.010 ʺ and 0.012 ʺ.

4. We provide wire cutting and discharge machining services for wide and large bench stroke, measuring up to 13.7"x 19.68".

5. The height of cutting head "Z axis "can be 11.8".

6. We offer wire cutting discharge machining services capable of tapered cutting up to 45 degrees. This is based on the height of the artifact.

7. We use the most advanced machinery and tools, which help speed up the setup of production and prototype runs.

8. We use multiple CAM software, which helps us to improve the adaptability of importing drawings, documents or parts.
