Precautions for the Use of Ring Screws

1. Please select the appropriate rotating ring as needed, do not exceed the rated load, the rotating ring is engraved with the rated load;

2. Tap the screw holes on the workpiece so that the ring bolts are mounted vertically on the workpiece surface. The threaded hole should be drilled to sink, so as not to allow the top grain to be swollen when the ring is twisted;

3. The surface of the workpiece must be flat so that the ring washer is in full contact with the surface of the workpiece, there must be no gap in the middle;

4. Do not add a cushion between the ring washer and the surface of the workpiece;

5. After installation, the side of the ring U-shaped bolt cannot touch the suspended object or other object;

6. When lifting, please apply the load at a uniform speed, gradually increase the force, do not apply the shock load and vibration load;

7. When the rotating ring is used, the ring bolt may gradually loosen, the torque must be re-regulated to tighten again;

8. Rotating the ring must use special bolts and nuts;

9. Rotating ring is not suitable for high-speed rotation at full load;
