1. The ground wire of the power supply must be good.

 

2. Self-controlled bearing heater power wiring notes: the heater power supply should be 380V three-phase four-wire power supply where the yellow-green line should be connected to the neutral line.

 

3. Before the host does not place the iron, it is strictly forbidden to press the start button switch, otherwise it will damage the instrument or burn the fuse.

 

4. Do not place the magnetic control head on the heating workpiece for a long time in order to extend the life of the probe, heat the same specification bearing, try to use time control to extend the life of the probe.

 

5. The ball bearing heater temperature should not exceed 150 degrees C. Failure to do so will cause the bearing to anneal.

 

6. When the bearing heats up, the aperture increase refers to the table below. Take the workpiece and pay attention to the high temperature to prevent burns.

 

7. In order to improve the heating efficiency, according to the size of the bearing inner hole to select the corresponding iron, should try to select the transverse area of the larger iron.

 

8. The heating part in the iron must be removed when the host is powered off.

 

9. The host must be placed flat and do not be side-sloped, the iron and the host side face must coincide.

 

10. Do not place the magnetic control head on the heating workpiece for a long time in order to extend the life of the probe, heat the same specification bearing, try to use the when-smell control to extend the life of the probe.
