The vibration motor used in vibration sieve is mainly two kinds, vertical vibration motor is mainly used in the rotary vibration sieve, horizontal vibration motor can be applied in a variety of vibration screening equipment, and vibration motor is the most important vibration source of vibration sieve, its important position can be imagined. The vibration motor uses heavy-duty bearings, which can carry a certain axial load, regardless of the direction of installation, bearing life is not affected by axial load force.
1. Folding bearings
(1) Remove the shield at both ends of the vibratory motor (vertical vibration motor has no shield) and record the centilow force percentage when the eccentric block is working, so as to restore the original working state at installation;
(2) the shaft of the two axes end with the bezel removed;
(3) The outer eccentric block of the spin loose tightens the bolt, removes the outer eccentric block, and removes the shaft key by the axis key. The inner eccentric block of the spin pine tightens the bolt, removes the inner eccentric block;
(4) remove the bearing pressure bolt, with the appropriate bolt screw into the housing to remove the screw hole, the housing from the inner housing roof out;
(5) remove the bearing press cover from the housing, press the bearing out of the housing or top it with a suitable bolt;
(6) If the bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing that is detachable from the inner coat, the bearing sleeve should be removed from the shaft and placed in the original bearing jacket;
(7) Thoroughly clean the oil contamination of each part.
2. Install bearings
When replacing new bearings with a vibratory motor, the same bearings as the prototype number must be used.
1 bearings washed with kerosene, pressed into the bearing seat, filled shell iii lithium-based grease to two-thirds full to the rollers of the bearing outer ring, applied evenly with clean hands, fitted with bearing caps, and tightened bearing caps with fastening bolts coated with bolts against loose;
(2) Bearings are cylindrical roller bearings that can be separated from the inner coat, and the bearings should be placed on the shaft and in place;
(3) The housing is mounted on the housing, if there is grease fillhole, must be aligned position. tightening the housing with the fastening bolts coated with bolts against loose glue;
(4) the inner and outer eccentric block is mounted on the shaft and in place, the axis key should be loaded into the key slot and then installed the outer eccentric block, the shaft with the bezel mounted on the shaft;
(5) Tighten the eccentric block fastening the bolt, turn the adjustable eccentric block so that it reaches the angle position before unloading and tightens its fastening bolt. After the above assembly is completed, the shaft should have a certain axial string;
(6) The protective cover at both ends of the vibrating motor, fastened with screws.
