Minder Bearing Installation Method

1. Measurement and adjustment of radial play

In order to ensure that the operating middle bearing inner ring, rollers and shaft radial thermal expansion and reserved radial play will not be too large or too small, to prevent later installation of the gap changes, should pay attention to the following measurements. When the prescribed installation clearance is not reached, the installation gap is gradually adjusted to the prescribed installation play by the regular installation method.

A The mounting method installs bearings that require the shaft and bearing sage to measure the mounting play gap again.

B Measure the mounting play again before the locking washer isinstalled.

C Measure the mounting play again when the oil pressure nut is replaced with a lock nut.

D After the oil pressure of the priming pump has been unloaded, the installation play is measured again.

2. Axial positioning and adjustment of mind-adjusting roller bearings

(1) Pressing method for adjusting the inner ring of a roller bearing

A cone shaft with locking nut, end cap, end cap or oil pressure nut direct pressure bearings;

B tightening set with a lock nut or oil pressure nut directpressure bearings;

C Discharge bushings Are fitted with a shaft with a locking nut or oil nut to install the discharge bushing.
