Minder Bearing Use

Main applicable cage: stamping steel reinforced cage (suffix E, domestic very few). Stamped steel cage (suffix CC), fiberglass-reinforced polyamide 66 cage (suffix TVPB), machined brass two-piece cage (suffix MB). Machined brass integral cage (suffix CA), vibration occasion stamping steel plate cage (suffix JPA). Vibration occasion brass cage (suffix EMA). The same structure, the code name on the bearing may be different.

Main uses: paper machinery, deceleration devices, railway vehicle axles, rolling mill gearbox bearing seats, rolling mill rollers, crushers, vibration sieves, printing machinery, woodworking machinery, all kinds of industrial gearboxes, vertical seat adjustment bearings.

The center-adjusted roller bearing has a double-row roller, a common spherical raceway in the outer ring, and two raceways in the inner ring and tilted to an angle relative to the bearing axis. This clever construction makes it auto-centered, so it is not susceptible to the angle of the shaft and the bearing box seat on the error or shaft bending, suitable for installation errors or shaft flexing and cause dissocing angle errors. In addition to being able to withstand radial load, the bearing can also withstand axial load swells in both directions.

The inner holes of the center-control roller bearings are cylindrical and conical, the conical cone scones are 1:30 and 1:12, and the conical inner hole bearings are equipped with tight sets or discharge sets, so that the conical inner hole centerball bearings can be easily and quickly assembled on the optical axis or step machine shaft.
