1. Measurement of gears.
(1) Gear outer diameter measurement: diameter gear should theoretically measure the diameter of the score circle, the actual measurement, can only be based on the actual top circle to determine the scale circle, measurement can be made with a cursor caliper or image measuring instrument.
(2) Radial run-out measurement: Because the company generally uses plastic gears, and is limited by measuring tools, generally using V-blocks, standard spindles, and percentage gauges to measure the top run-out value of the gear.
(3) Gear bus length measurement: the average length deviation of the public law mainly reflects the tooth side gap of the gear under test, the length of the public law can be borrowed from the quality inspection department of the public law thousand-meter measurement, rough measurement can be used cursor caliper.
(4) Note: Measuring the gear using an image measuring instrument can only measure the coaxiality of the top circle and the hole in the gear, and does not represent the radial run-out value of the gear.
2. Measurement of the rubber roller.
(1) The measurement of the diameter of the glue layer: Because the roll has a certain elasticity, the measurement of the diameter of the roll should be made using an image measuring instrument.
(2) The measurement of coaxiality between the coaxial axis of the rubber roller and the glue layer: an image measuring instrument should be used to turn the roll, and the coaxial degree of the roller should be determined according to the dimensions of each angle measured.
(3) The hardness of the roll is measured, and the hardness of the rubber layer is measured by using the Shore hardness meter.
3. Irregular part measurement.
For part irregular position measurement, point-to-face, line-to-face, circle-to-face distance measurement, etc., can not be measured directly using a caliper. Ability to use an imager to measure can be used to establish a reference after the measurement, if the imager can not meet the measurement needs, the use of three coordinates to establish a baseline, measurement.
