At the same time, the electrical safety performance of the existing truck bogie grounding method is not high, and it is difficult to meet the electrical safety requirements of some construction vehicles with railway trucks as platforms. The grounding method of railway passenger cars has high electrical safety performance, and the measures of installing the shaft end grounding device are usually adopted. But the axle end grounding device is only suitable to be installed on the bogie with axle box like railway passenger car. Since the "three-piece" truck bogie does not have an axle box, it uses a bearing saddle to connect the bearing and the side frame. The existing bearing saddle structure cannot install the axle end grounding device.
