Conical roller bearings are separated bearings, bearing seamounts and outer rings have tapered rollers, and rollers are round table-shaped.

The rollers are in line contact with the raceway and can withstand heavy radial and axial combined loads, as well as pure axial loads. The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial carrying capacity.

The cone roller should be designed so that the contact line of the roller and the inner and outer raceways is extended and handed over to the same point on the bearing axis for pure rolling.

The newly designed conical roller bearings adopt reinforced structure, the diameter of the rollers is increased, the length of the rollers is lengthened, the number of rollers is increased, and the rollers with convexness are used, thus significantly increasing the bearing carrying capacity and fatigue life. The spherical and cone contact between the large end face of the roller and the large edge of the drum improves lubrication.

These bearings can be divided into separate columns, double columns and four-row conical roller bearings according to the number of columns of the assembled rollers. This type of bearing also uses the Imperial series of products.

Cage type:

More steel plate stamping cage, but when the bearing outer diameter is greater than 650mm, the roller has a pillar bore welding structure cage.
