Double-row conical roller bearings are mainly used to withstand radial and axial combined loads based on radial loads. The axial displacement in both directions of the axis (or housing) can be limited and can therefore be used as a bidirectional axial positioning.
Dual-row conical roller bearings can withstand two-way axial loads while carrying radial loads. Its play gap has been adjusted before the product leaves the factory, so it can be installed and used directly without adjusting the play. Double-row conical roller bearings can limit the axial displacement of the bearing situ in both directions relative to the housing within the axial play range of the bearing.
The predecessor of the double-row conical roller bearing is a bearing pairing form for a single conical roller bearing, which has evolved into a two-column component in recent years. Generally double-row conical roller bearings are made into four parts, wherein the outer ring factory generally left enough processing margin, in order to adjust the bearing gap or preload, and must be the bearing assembly mechanism to repair the processing, so most of the double-row cone roller bearing inner and outer ring can be separated.
Double-row conical roller bearings can withstand heavy composite (radial and axial) loads and are rigid. It can be axially fixed in both directions with a certain axial play or a certain preload. Double-row conical roller bearings are mainly used in gearboxes, lifting equipment, rolling mills and mining machinery, such as pit-tunnel diggers.
The bearing (TDO type) 35000 type structure bearing of the 35000 structure consists of a double roller cone outer ring and two inner rings with rollers and cage assembly. Usually there is a middle separation between the two conical inner rings of these bearings. Because axial play or preload has been adjusted during the production phase, they are fast-loading components. These bearings are back-to-back configurations, so the load lines are separated from the bearing lines. Because of this, bearings can be used in larger rigid configurations, allowing for a considerable tilt torque. The 35000 type of two-row two-row conical roller bearings have a variety of internal structures:
Bearings with mid-barriers and steel plate stamping window cages.
Bearings with mid-barrier, hollow rollers and strut steel cages.
Bearings with matching extended inner rings close to each other and a steel plate stamped window cage. Importbearings (TDI type) of the 37000 structure have a double roller inner ring with two sets of rollers and cage assembly and two conical outer rings. Two-row rollers are arranged face-to-face. Usually a spacer is configured between the two outer rings. The selected middle space size gives a certain axial play or preload. The 37000-structure dinghing disc roller bearings have a variety of internal structures: - bearings with mid-range rings and steel plate stamping window cages. -- Bearings with mid-barrier, hollow rollers and steel strut cages. Large cone angle bearings for axial thrust of the mill.
