Front code

The front code of the bearing is used to represent the sub-parts of the bearing, expressed in letters. For example, L is used to represent the detachable collars of the detachable bearings, K indicates the rolling elements of the bearings and the cage assembly, etc.

There are many types of rolling bearings in practical application, and the corresponding bearing code is quite complex. The code described above is the most basic and commonly used part of the bearing code, familiar with this part of the code, you can identify and check commonly used bearings.

Rear code

The bearing's rear code is used to represent the bearing structure, tolerances and special requirements of materials, etc. by letters and numbers. There are a lot of content of the rear code, and here are a few commonly used codes.

1) The internal structure code is the different internal structure that represents the same type of bearing, which is represented by the letter followed by the basic code name. For example, the angle contact ball bearings with contact angles of 15 degrees, 25 degrees and 40 degrees are represented by the different internal structures of the HotTag, respectively, with C, AC and B.

2) The tolerance levels of the bearings are divided into 2, 4, 5, 6, 6x and 0, a total of 6 levels, in turn from high to low, the code name is /PZ, /P4, /PS, /P6, P6X and /P0. In the tolerance class, the 6X stage applies only to conical roller bearings;

3) Commonly used bearing radial play series are divided into 1 group, 2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups and 5 groups, a total of 6 groups, radial play between small to large. o group play is a commonly used play group, in the bearing code is not marked, the remaining play group in the bearing code with /C1, /C2, /C3, /C4, /C5.
