How to replace the cable

need these reassembly

• Remove the old net (see instructions above)

• Loosen the two screws securing the cable and remove the old cable.

The black plastic handle is in place. (See Figure C)

• Slide out the piston and remove the screws and washers from the piston

hold one end of the cable

• Cut the cable and pull the cable out

• Pass the new cable through the slot in the pole, then thread all

up so that it protrudes from the pole at least 4 inches

• Slide piston over excess cable to connect piston.

Handle the end of the rod and reconnect

• Use a vise to bend the cable 90 degrees ½ from the end.

Make sure the cable fits the diameter of the piston

Otherwise it won't move freely inside the rod

• Slide the cable into the groove on the bottom of the piston
