The idea of considering the problem is as follows: first calculate the acceleration torque output by the output gear meshing with the rack according to the load, then calculate the acceleration torque consumed by the output gear itself, and convert the sum of the two into the motor end after considering the reduction ratio of the transmission system The resultant torque, plus the torque consumed by the motor to overcome its own moment of inertia, obtain the total acceleration torque converted to the motor end, and then compare it with the peak torque of the selected motor, so as to judge the speed of the feed motor when the rack and pinion drive is fast forward.
