How to Install the Screw Through the Wall

1. First, the yin and yang angle mold to the job site to make it in place.

2. 3. Install the exterior outside template: the template placed on the metal triangle platform frame, the template in place, bolt fastening correction, pay attention to the construction seam connection must be tight, solid and reliable, to prevent the wrong platform and leakage phenomenon.

4. Check the angle mold and wall template, angle mold and wall mold mother seam is tight, such as not strict application of foam sponge filling gap, so that the gap is tight, to prevent the appearance of leakage, wrong platform and other phenomena.

5. Before the elevator well shaft support mold, the work platform should be suspended into the elevator well, the main keel and steel legs of the work platform are applied to 10 slot steel, keel spacing should be 600mm, and welding fixed, and then spread 5cm thick wood, the platform in place after adjusting the four corners to make the platform in a horizontal state.

6. Suspend the cylinder mold, according to the axis to open the mold, correct the vertical, tighten the boltthrough through the wall.

7. After all template installation is corrected, the template project pre-inspection collection can be poured concrete.

8. Large template triangle support response is distributed on both sides of the template.

9. Large template connection should be not less than five wall-crossing bolts; yang angle mold and large template connection should be not less than five bolts; if the yin-angle mold is equivalent, it shall be not less than three diagonal ties with the large template, and the non-equilateral mold shall be connected with the large template bolt, not less than five on each side.

10. In the Yin and Yang corner template, the connection between the large mold, in order to prevent the concrete wrong table, the template inside the mouth should be increased rebar support.
