Eccentric Screw Mounting Method

1. Choose a 2mm larger than the expansion bolt model of the electric hammer drill punch (plastic expansion tube needs the same size of the drill bit on the line), the depth is suitable for the length of the expansion tube;

2. Put in the expansion bolt;

3. Select the right tool to tighten the bolt according to the type of bolt:

a. Ordinary expansion bolts: use a dead-mouth wrench or a live wrench

b. Metal inflated bolts: use a dead-mouth wrench or live wrench or plum screwdriver

c. Plastic expansion tube: use plum screwdriver

After changing eccentric screws will not let the following screw force increase, just said that after the replacement of eccentric screws will be more fine than the original car screw waist, installed after the general normal driving will not have much impact;

But if you encounter a large vibration (such as the situation of the car jumps up and landed) the strength of the eccentric screw is certainly not as strong as the original car screw. The change of eccentric screw has no effect on shock absorption.
