Do you know the operation procedure of sandblasting?

Operation rules:

1. Protective equipment must be worn before work, and bare arms are not allowed to work. Work must not be less than two people.

2. The gas tank, pressure gauge and safety valve should be checked regularly. The gas tank is discharged twice a week, and the filter in the sand box should be checked once a month.

3. Check whether the ventilation pipe and sandblaster are sealed. Before working for five minutes, the ventilation and dust removal equipment must be started. The ventilation and dust removal equipment is faulty and the sandblasting machine is prohibited.

4. The compressed air valve is opened slowly, and the pressure is not allowed to exceed 0.8MPa.

5. The particle size of sand blasting should meet the working requirements, generally between ten and twenty, and the sand should be kept dry.

6. The sandblasting machine is working, and it is forbidden for unrelated persons to approach. When cleaning and adjusting moving parts, stop.

7. Do not use compressed air to blow dust or make jokes.

8. After get off work, the ventilation and dust removal equipment should continue to run for 5 minutes, then turn off the indoor dust removal and keep the site clean.

9. Personal and equipment accidents are reported to the relevant departments on the spot.
