Large-scale and lightweight equipment is a trend and a contradiction that must be reconciled. This has given birth to the rapid development of supporting products with aluminum instead of steel. Substituting aluminum for steel does not mean that the quality requirements of the parts can be reduced, but it means that the common process methods to improve the surface quality of steel parts, such as heat treatment and grinding, are not necessarily applicable to aluminum alloy parts. For example, if aluminum alloy parts are processed by grinding, it is easy to cause the grinding wheel to block and fail. Therefore, in actual production, the finishing of aluminum alloy rotary parts often uses precision turning combined with rolling technology to reduce surface roughness and increase surface contact area. The purpose of improving mechanical properties such as load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and mating stability. The traditional rolling process has the shortcomings of the hardened surface layer and the internal material layering obviously, resulting in surface cracks and peeling. Ultrasonic rolling process refines and uniforms the surface metallographic structure, which not only avoids the shortcomings of the traditional rolling process, but also reduces Cost-effective reduction of surface roughness is an economical and effective process to improve the surface mechanical properties of non-ferrous metal parts.

Studies have shown that the frequency and amplitude of ultrasonic rolling are different for different materials. Designing an ultrasonic rolling processing device for specific materials is the key to the ultrasonic rolling process. Aiming at the ultrasonic rolling of the outer circle of 7050 aluminum alloy sleeve parts, the transducer components of the ultrasonic rolling device are designed and simulated.
