1, horizontal CNC machining center features:

Horizontal CNC machining center usually adopts mobile column, the spindle box is standing between the two columns, sliding along the track. Generally speaking, horizontal CNC machining center has three axes, linear motion coordinates, facing the machine tool, left and right moving x axis, back and forth moving z axis, up and down moving Y axis. This structure can be used to process spiral, circular CAM parts. Horizontal machining center debugging program and test cut pin is not convenient to observe, processing inconvenient monitoring, parts clamping and measurement is not convenient, but processing row pin is easy. Compared with vertical machining center, horizontal machining center structure is complex, covers an area of large, the price is higher.

2, vertical CNC machining center features:

Vertical CNC machining center structure adopts fixed column type, rectangular table, can be applied to processing plate, sleeve, plate parts. Vertical machining centers usually have three linear motion coordinates, XYZ axis, and A fourth axis, A axis, can be installed on the workbench.

Vertical machining center is easy to clamp, easy to operate, easy to observe the processing, debugging procedures are convenient, but by the height of the column and the influence of tool change mechanism, can not process too high parts. Vertical machining center has simple structure, small footprint and low price.

3, Longmen CNC machining center features:

The main shaft of gantry CNC machining center is mostly set vertically, with ATC system and replaceable spindle head accessories, system software has many functions, can use one machine, suitable for processing large parts.

4, universal CNC machining center features:

Universal CNC machining center at the same time has the function of vertical CNC machining center and horizontal CNC machining center, the workpiece in one installation, in addition to the installation surface of all the side and the top surface processing. Our common universal CNC machining centers are:

(1) the spindle can be rotated 90°, can work like a vertical machining center, can also work like a horizontal machining center.
