Cleaning of motor shaft core

For the cleaning of the bearings mounted on the shaft, manufacturers of motor shaft core compression ribs mainly rely on oil spraying or spraying with an oil gun. For the easy-to-clean oil stains first use kerosene and then gasoline; for difficult-to-clean oil stains, first use 100— Rinse with hot engine oil at 200℃ or spray from oil gun, and then clean with gasoline.

The general cleaning method is to soak the bearing in kerosene for 5-10 minutes, pinch the inner ring with one hand, and rotate the outer ring with the other hand, the dry oil or anti-rust paste on the bearing will fall off.

Then put the bearing in clean kerosene, the motor shaft core, scrub with a soft brush, wash the balls and the oil in the gap, and then put it in gasoline for cleaning once, take it out and put it on a clean paper.

When cleaning radial spherical ball bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings, the balls, ball holder, inner ring and outer ring should be separated for cleaning.

Be careful not to scratch the bearing with sharp objects: hard grease or rust, so as not to damage the smoothness of the bearing roll body and groove ring parts, clean the bearing with a clean cloth.
