1. The oil changed by the CNC lathe does not meet the requirements. The problems in oil change are mainly manifested in three aspects. First, for parts that use high-viscosity lubricating oil, if you change the oil to low-viscosity lubricating oil at will, it will affect the sealing performance of the corresponding box and shaft hole, and sometimes greatly reduce the sealing of these parts. Sex. Second, if the oil tank is not cleaned when the oil is changed after the CNC lathe processing, the dirt in the oil tank may enter the lubrication system, block the oil circuit, wear the seals and cause oil leakage. Third, when the oil is changed, the amount of oil is too much, especially in the parts with rotating parts, because of the stirring effect of the rotating parts, oil spills are more likely to occur.

2. The company's improper selection and adjustment of lubrication system parts causes oil leakage.

For example, when the cn processing and maintenance personnel choose an oil pump with excessive pressure or excessive oil output during maintenance, or when adjusting the system pressure, the pressure adjustment of the overflow valve, safety valve, pressure reducing valve, etc. is too high, the CNC machine tool lubrication system meteor If it is too large and does not match the oil return system and the sealing system, it will cause oil leakage
